I run small engineering orgs and stay close enough to the code to remember what's actually hard about it. My work sits where financial infrastructure, integrations, and AI-native delivery meet.
I'm Andrew. I lead engineering at Kasa, where I own financial systems, payments, pricing, tax, accounting integrations, and the internal tools around them. Most of what's on this site I built because there was something I wanted to use, understand, or give to someone. I also take on a small number of client engagements off-hours.
